Using the Sellviro website does not create a service agreement. Scope, fees, timelines and deliverables are confirmed directly with the customer before work begins.
Service scope
Marketplace support is limited to the services and work scope agreed with the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate product information and authorized account access.
Fees and advertising spend
Published package and add-on prices are indicative of the listed scope and can be updated by Sellviro. Advertising budget is separate from Sellviro’s management fee and is paid by the client.
No guaranteed outcomes
Sellviro does not guarantee sales, revenue, return on investment, marketplace rankings, advertising performance or account approval.
Marketplace independence
